Dear Must Love Dogs Family,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Must Love Dogs will be permanently closing.

Our final day for daycare and boarding services will be Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

For our dog park members, The key fob access system will be deactivated at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2026.

This decision has been incredibly difficult and was not made lightly. There were two major factors that led us here.

First, when Si's wife became seriously ill in November, he understandably had to step away from managing the park so he could care for her. As time has gone on, we have also taken on responsibilities in helping care for her, making it impossible to continue operating at the level our customers and their dogs deserve.

Second, after the property owner hired a management company, we were informed of concerns regarding the condition of the roof and flooring. Given those concerns and the uncertainty surrounding the necessary repairs, we determined that we could no longer responsibly continue operating from this location.

Membership & Daycare Information

All recurring dog park membership billing was discontinued last month. No additional recurring membership charges will be processed.
We encourage all customers with prepaid daycare days to use their remaining days before Wednesday, August 5, 2026, as all unused daycare days will expire at the close of business that day.
"Because we have already discontinued recurring billing and are providing advance notice of our closure, we encourage all customers to use any remaining prepaid daycare days by Wednesday, August 5, 2026. Any unused daycare days remaining after that date will expire in accordance with our closure.
If you have any questions or would like to speak with management, we will be in the office Wednesday afternoon, August 5, and will be happy to meet with you and answer any questions you may have before we close. All product in our store will go sale as of this email at 75% off closing sale.

To every member who trusted us with your dogs, thank you. Watching your pups run, swim, play, and become part of the Must Love Dogs family has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. We have built friendships that extend far beyond the dog park, and those memories will stay with us forever.

We are deeply grateful for your loyalty, support, and kindness over the years. You helped make Must Love Dogs more than just a business—you made it a community.
